赛霉安加龙血竭对新西兰兔实验性皮肤溃疡的治疗作用

Therapeutical Effect of Saimeian and Longxuejie on New Zealand Rabbits with Dermal Ulcer

目的研究赛霉安加龙血竭对新西兰兔皮肤溃疡的疗效,为拓展赛霉安临床适用范围提供实验依据。方法采用电铬铁造成新西兰兔皮肤三度烫伤后分别涂抹不同的实验用药,测定伤口干燥结痂天数及用药第15天伤口半长短径积的均数值。结果赛霉安加龙血竭组成新的方药对新西兰兔的皮肤烫伤溃疡疗效优于单用赛霉安或单用龙血竭。结论赛霉安加龙血竭组成的新方药能更有效的治疗新西兰兔的皮肤烫伤溃疡,提示该组方药可进一步进行临床用药研究。

OBJECTIVE To study curative effects of Saimeian and Longxuejie on New Zealand rabbits with dermal ulcer so as to provide experimental bases for the expansion of clinical application of Saimeian. METHODS Rabbits suffering third-degree burns after electric iron were smeared different kinds of experiment drugs. Then,scabbing days required for the wounds and average of semi diameter of wounds on the 15 th day of medication was determined. RESULTS The curative effect of the combination of Saimeian and longxuejie on rabbits with skin ulcer is better than that of single Saimeian or single longxuejie. CONCLUSION The new skin prescription,the combination of Saimeian and longxuejie,is more effective in treating rabbits with skin ulcer and is worthy of further study on clinical medication.
