摘要
目的优化党参高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用ZORBAX SB-Aq色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱);检测波长为267nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0m L·min-1。结果不同来源的14批党参样品均标示出13个共有峰;利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件进行相似度评价,14批样品的相似度为0.883-0.980,提示党参指纹图谱差异相对较大。结论方法准确可靠,重复性好,为党参质量控制提供了方法依据。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for establishment of fingerprint analysis on triterpenoids from Codonopsis Radix by HPLC. METHODS HPLC was used with the ZORBAX SB-Aq column,the Acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphorous acid solution( gradient elution) was employed as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was267 nm,column temperature was 30℃,and flow rate was 1. 0m L·min- 1. RESULTS 13 common peaks were separated from 14 batches of Codonopsis Radix. The similarity was evaluated on the Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The similarities of 14 batches were 0. 883 - 0. 980,which indicated the difference of quality of Codonopsis Radix was bigger relatively. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Codonopsis Radix.
