HPLC法测定桂朴片中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Gui Po Tablets by HPLC

目的建立桂朴片中芍药苷含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Alltima C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,乙腈-水溶液（13∶87）为流动相,流速1.0m L·min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温35℃。结果芍药苷的线性范围为0.112-1.112μg（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为100.67%,RSD为2.07%（n=6）。结论该方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,适用于桂朴片中芍药苷的测定。

OBJECTIVE TO establish a method for determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Gui Po Tablets. METHODS The HPLC method was used with a Alltima C18column（ 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（ 13∶ 87） with a flow rate at 1. 0m L·min- 1. Detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS The linear ranges of paeoniflorin was 0. 112 - 1. 112μg（ r = 0. 9999）,and the average recoveries was 100. 67%（ RSD = 2. 07%,n = 6）. CONCLUTIONS The method is accurate,sensitive,reproducible and it is suitable for the determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Gui Po Tablets.
