摘要
建立了梯度洗脱HPLC法测定环丙氨嗪有关物质。采用Agilent Eclipse plus C 18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为0.02 mol/L醋酸铵溶液,流动相B为甲醇,线性梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长为213 nm。试验结果显示,环丙氨嗪与已知5种杂质峰完全分离。本方法简单灵敏,可用于环丙氨嗪中有关物质的检测。
To develop a gradient HPLC method for the determination of related substance in cyromazine,the chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse plus C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0. 02 mol / L ammonium acetate( A) and methanol( B) with gradient program. The flow rate was 1. 0m L / min. The detection wavelength was at 213 nm. The results showed good separation of cyromazine from five impurities. The method is simple and sensitive for the impurity detection of cyromazine.
