前馈控制在PICC患者静脉炎预防中的应用

Application of feedforward control in the prevention of phlebitis in patients with PICC

目的探讨前馈控制在预防外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者静脉炎中的作用。方法应用前馈控制的理论和方法,对护理人员进行规范的专业培训,成立静脉输液管理小组,制定规范的操作流程,对护理过程实施三级质量监控。结果实施前馈控制后,静脉炎发生明显降低(P<0.01);培训后护士静脉炎的预防知识合格率显著提高(P<0.01);患者及家属静脉炎预防知识合格率显著提高(P<0.01);患者对护理工作满意度显著提高,满意度由原来的95.26%提高到99.38%。结论前馈控制是预防PICC患者静脉炎的有效手段,能提高护理质量安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control in the prevention of phlebitis in patients with PICC.Methods Using the theory and method of feedforward control,we trained nurses professionally,then set up the intravenous infusion team,and formulate standard operation procedure to monitor the nursing process in three levels.Results After training,the incidence of phlebitis in patients with PICC decreased significantly（P〈0.001）,rate of prevention knowledge of phlebitis of nurse improved significantly（P〈0.001）,rate of prevention knowledge of phlebitis of parients improved significantly（P〈0.001）,and patientssatisfaction rate improved from 95.4% to 99.5%.Conclusion The feedforward control is an effective method to prevent phlebitis in patients with PICC,and it could improve the quality of nursing.
