某高职院校学生心理健康状况

Investigation on mental health of higher vocational college students

目的:了解高职学生心理健康状况,为高职学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法:采用方便取样的方法抽取448名陕西省某高职院校的在校大学生,采用症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(selfrating depression scale,SDS)和焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评定高职学生心理健康状况。结果:高职学生SCL-90总分和各因子分阳性率分别达到14.29%、6.70%、26.34%、22.77%、10.04%、7.37%、16.07%、8.71%、12.28%、5.36%,SDS和SAS阳性率分别为19.42%和8.93%,SCL-90总分、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子和SDS、SAS的阳性率女生均高于男生(P<0.05),高职学生在SCL-90不同因子间的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高职女生心理健康水平低于男生,SCL-90与SAS、SDS之间呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:高职生心理健康状况不容乐观,女生心理健康水平低于男生,应重点关注。各种心理问题之间密切相关,相互影响。

Objective： To investigate the mental health of higher vocational college students and provide the scientific evidence for their mental health education. Methods： Convenient sampling method was adopted to select 448 higher vocational college students to complete symptom check list 90（ SCL- 90）,self- rating depression scale（ SAS） and self- rating anxiety scale（ SDS）. On the basis of the results,the mental health of higher vocational college students was measured. Results： The positive rates of all factors in total score of SCL- 90 were 14. 29 %,6. 70 %,26.34 %,22. 77 %,10. 04 %,7. 37 %,16. 07 %,8. 71 %,12. 28 % and 5. 36 % respectively. Positive rates were 19. 42 % and 8. 93 % in SAS and SDS. The total score,scores of social relationship,depression,anxiety and horror of SCL- 90 and the positive rates of SAS and SDS were much higher in girls than those in boys（ P 〈0. 05）. The positive rate differences in scores of SCL- 90 were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）.The mental health of higher vocational college girls is worse than boys＇ and the scores of SCL- 90 were positively correlated with those of SAS and SDS（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The mental health status of higher vocational college students was not optimistic. Girls should be paid more attention for their lower mental health status than boys＇. All factors of mental problems are closely related and interactive.
