强化管理对改善老年2型糖尿病患者控制指标的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of intensive management on improving the control index of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:分析探讨通过综合医院强化管理对改善老年2型糖尿病患者控制指标的效果。方法:200例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例患者。其中观察组采用强化管理,对照组采用常规复诊模式,比较两者的控制效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者数据对比,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在血压、低血糖反应次数、BMI指数、降糖药费用等方面,两组患者对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:强化管理对于老年2型糖尿病患者具有较好的控制效果,血糖均有下降,血糖控制更安全。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the effect of intensive management in comprehensive hospitals on improving the control index of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods ：200 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group, 100 cases in each group. The observation group received strengthened management and the control group was routine assessment mode, with the control effect between the two groups compared. Results：After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And in the blood pressure, hypoglycemic reaction times, BMI index, hypoglycemic drug costs, etc. , there was no difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Intensive management for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes has a good control effect, blood glucose decreasing significantly and blood glucose control more secure.
