广西农民增收情况分析

An Analysis of Peasantry's Income Increase Situation in Guangxi

以广西农民增收为研究对象,通过分析2000-2015年数据发现广西农民收入保持较快速度增长。采用极差、平均差、标准差指标计算后发现广西农民收入区域差异大。广西通过发展现代特色农业、促进就业、培育新型农业经营主体、深化农村重点领域改革促进农民增收。广西农民增收面临的困难主要是工资性收入贡献太小、经营净收入增收难度大、财产净收入占比太小、农民增收区域差异大。建议从支持农民就业创业、加快农村一二三产业融合、深化农村产权制度改革、加快贫困地区发展等方面促进广西农民增收。

It takes the peasantry＇s income increase in Guangxi as the research object. It is found that the peasant-ry＇s income in Guangxi maintains a rapid growth rate based on years 2000-2015 data. There is a great regional differ-ence of peasantry＇s income in Guangxi according to the analysis of range,mean difference and standard deviation. Thepeasantry＇s income is promoted by means of developing modern agriculture,promoting employment,cultivating new ag-ricultural business entities,and reforming in rural area. It is difficult to increase peasantry＇s income because of a smallcontribution of income of wage,lots of difficulties in increasing net income from management,a small proportion ofproperty net income,and a great regional difference of peasantry＇s income. Some proposals for promoting peasantry＇sincome in Guangxi are put forward,such as supporting peasantry＇s employment and entrepreneurship,accelerating in-dustry convergence in rural area,deepening the reform of rural property right system,and speeding up the developmentof poor area.
