微创颅内血肿抽吸术对高血压脑出血患者神经功能的影响

Influence of Minimally Invasive Intracranial Hematoma Suction on Nerve Function of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:高血压脑出血采取微创颅内血肿抽吸术治疗的效果探讨。方法:选取2012年9月-2013年9月笔者所在医院神经内科接收的80例高血压脑出血患者,按手术方式的不同将其分为对照组与试验组,两组均采取常规内科治疗,试验组采取微创颅内血肿抽吸术,观察两组手术效果。结果:试验组术后神经功能缺损评分、术后再出血率、术后血脑屏障指数均较对照组明显低(P<0.05),手术疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压脑出血患者采取微创颅内血肿抽吸术,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective：To discuss the effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma suction on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method：From September 2012 to September 2013,80 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who received in our neurology department were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group based on different surgery methods.Both groups were received routine medical treatment and the experiment group was received minimally invasive intracranial hematomas.The effects of both groups were observed.Result：After surgery,the nerve function defect grade,rebleeding rate,blood brain barrier index in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The surgical curative effect of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma suction on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant,which is worth promotion.
