摘要
从野外自然患病的藜植株上分离一高致病菌株(Hf-05),经人工接种试验证实为侵染藜的病原菌。菌株形态学和ITS序列分析结果表明,菌株Hf-05为玉蜀黍赤霉菌的变种。生物学特性研究结果表明,Hf-05的最适C源为麦芽糖,在麦芽糖中最易产孢,最适N源为硝酸钠;pH为8时生长速度最快,孢子萌发率最高;25℃是菌丝生长最适宜的温度;孢子萌发的最适宜温度为30℃;黑暗条件更有利于该菌株生长。
Apathogenic strain Hf-05 was isolated from the diseased goosefoots(Chenopodium album L) plant in the field. Artifical infection proved that the strain was a pathogen to goosefoots.The strain was identified as variety of Gibberella zeae by method of morphology and ITS sequence. The biological characteristics experiment results showed that the optimum carbon source of strain Hf-05 was maltose. It was easily for Hf-05 to produce spores in maltose. The optimum nitrogen source of Hf-05 was sodium nitrate. The strain Hf-05 had a fastest growth rates and highest spore germination rates under pH 8. The most suitable growth temperature of Hf-05 was 25 ℃. The optimum temperature of spore germination was 30 ℃. Dark condition was more conducive to the strain Hf-05 growth.
