摘要
犬肠道冠状病毒(CCoV)与猪传染性胃肠炎病毒、猫冠状病毒同属于冠状病毒科、冠状病毒属、α-冠状病毒-1成员。CCoV感染一般引起幼龄犬发生非致死性的轻度腹泻,呈现高发病率、低死亡率的特点,当与其他肠道病原混合感染时,能导致患病动物高的死亡率。近年来,随着CCoV高致病性的变异毒株在欧洲国家陆续报道,该病再一次引起了广泛的关注。为了增加对CCoV近年来遗传进化的了解,对CCoV基因型和重组研究进展做了综述,为CCoV的深入研究提供参考。
Canine coronavirus(CCoV) belongs to the genus Alphacoronavirus and species Alphacoronavirus-1 along with feline coronavirus(FCo V)and transmissible gastroenteritis virus of swine(TGEV). CCoV infection causes the puppies suffer from nonfatal mild diarrheic,presents the characteristics of the high prevalence and low mortality rates,when it is mixed with other intestinal pathogen infection,it can lead high mortality rate of sick animals. Recently,as the constantly report of CCoV variation of highly pathogenic strains in European state,and the disease aroused widespread concern again. In order to know more about the canine corona virus genetic evolution,this study reviews of research progress of the canine corona virus genotypes and recombination,provides reference for further research of CCoV.
