摘要
为探讨饲料中精饲料和粗饲料间的组合效应,利用多项指标综合指数(MFAEI),应用体外批次培养法测定产气量、p H值、氨态氮浓度、干物质和有机物质及中性洗涤纤维的消失率,研究单一粗饲料与相同精料间的组合效应。结果表明,不同粗饲料与相同精料之间均产生了明显的正组合效应。与相同种类单一粗饲料的发酵参数比较,禾本科牧草和秸秆类饲料与精料组合效果较好,MFAEI在1.273~1.620之间,明显高于苜蓿与精料的组合效果(0.819),尤以小叶章和玉米秸与精料组合后效果最好;单一粗饲料及不同粗饲料与精料组合后,其发酵指标的MFAEI以苜蓿最高,分别为1.585和1.029。说明精料与粗饲料组合后提高了日粮的整体发酵水平。
Multiple-factors associative effects index(MFAEI) was used to investigate the combined results of concentrate and roughage feed. The combined effect of single roughage and same concentrate was studied by using in vitro batch culture method to test gas production,p H,concentration of ammoniacal nitrogen,and the elimination rate of dry matter,organic matter and neutral detergent fiber. The results indicated that there were obviously positive effects in different roughage with same concentrate. Compared with fermentation parameters of same kind of single roughage feed,MFAEI of gramineous forage grass and straw mixed with concentrate(the MFAEI was 1.273~1.620)was higher than that of alfalfa mixed with concentrate(0.819),especially the effect of the Deyeuxia angustifolia and corn straw mixed with concentrate feed was the best. After a single and different roughage feed combined with concentrate feed,alfalfa's the fermentation index of MFAEI was the highest,1.585 and 1.029 respectively.The results showed that combination of roughage and concentrate improved the overall fermentation of ration.
