黑龙江省不同产地大米中矿物元素含量分析与比较 被引量:12

摘要 为探讨不同地理标志大米矿物元素含量差异,研究不同产地大米矿物元素指纹信息特征。在黑龙江省五常、建三江和查哈阳三个地区共采集90份水稻样品;利用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)检测大米中43种矿物元素的含量。结果表明:五常大米以Al、Mn含量高,Mg、Zn、Tl含量低为主要特征;建三江大米以Na、Mg、Y、Ca、Dy、Er、Zn、Mo、Se、Sr和Co含量高为主要特征,而查哈阳大米以V、Ag含量最高为主要特征,三个地域精米中Na、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Y、Er含量出现频数有较大差异。且研究发现Ca与Na、Mg、Mn、Zn、Y和Er六种元素含量具有显著或极显著正相关性(P<0.01),存在协同吸收现象。 In order to explore mineral elements content difference of rice from different geographical indications,study the fingerprint information characteristic of rice mineral elements from different producing area. Research of 90 rice samples were collected from Wuchang,Jiansanjiang and Chahayang three regions of Heilongjiang province,The concentrations of forty-three in kidney rices were measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The results showed that Wuchang rice with a high content of Al、Mn,low content of Mg、Zn、Tl as the main feature,Jian sanjiang rice with a high content of Na、Mg、Y、Ca、Dy、Er、Zn、Mo 、Se、Sr and Co as the main feature;Cha Hayang rice with a high content of V、Ag as the main feature,Na,Mg,Ca,Mn,Zn,Y,Er content appears quite different from the frequency of milled rice in three regions,and the study founded that the contents of 6 kinds of elements including Ca、Na、Mg、Mn、Zn、Y and Er had very significant positive correlation(P0.01),there was a synergistic absorption phenomenon.
