基于科学研究纲领方法来研究财务学学科理论体系的演进过程。首先,探讨财务学的研究范畴的问题,然后按照历史先后顺序分别探讨基于新古典经济理论框架、基于新制度经济学理论框架和基于行为经济学理论框架下的财务学演进过程和不同阶段理论体系的继承与异同。

To study the evolution of the theory system of finance discipline based on the scientific research program,the first important part was a profound discussion on the problems of the financial science. The next section discussed the evolution of finance in chronological order,which was respectively based on the framework of the new classical economic,the new institutional economics and the behavioral economic. Moreover,it would also explore the similarities and differences of finance in the different stages of theories.
