Analysis on Characteristics of SSCI-included Periodicals on Management

[目的/意义]分析SSCI管理学期刊的现状及特征,为国内管理学期刊学习SSCI期刊的先进办刊方式和办刊理念提供借鉴帮助,从而提高国内管理学期刊的质量。[方法/过程]以JCR网络版为基础,对比分析2012年和2013年SSCI收录的管理学期刊的主要文献计量学指标,并分析2013年管理学期刊的出版语言、出版频率、国家分布、载文量。[结果/结论]SSCI管理学期刊的出版语言以英文为主,出版频率十分灵活;国内期刊若想进入SSCI,需要创办英文版,灵活调控期刊的出版频率,并最大限度地提高论文质量。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to analyze status quo and characteristics of management periodicals included in SSCI, to help domestic management periodicals to learn advanced running ways and ideas of SSCI-included periodicals, so as to improve quality of management periodicals in China. [Method/process] The paper bases on Journal Citation Reports, comparatively analyzes main indicators of bibliometrics of management periodicals included in SSCI in 2012 and 2013, and further analyzes periodicals in 2013 from publication language, publication frequency, country distribution and quantity of articles. [Result/conclusion] The major publication language is English, and publication frequency is very flexible, so if Chinese management periodicals want to be included in SSCI, they need to found English edition, flexibly regulate periodical＇s publication frequency, and maximally improve quality of articles.
