读者对图书馆的利用的灰色关联分析——以辽宁地区统计数据为例

Grey Relational Analysis of Readers' Utilization of Library:Case Study of Statistical Data of Liaoning Region

[目的/意义]探讨读者平均到馆次数的影响因素,为有计划地合理配置资源提供参考。[方法/过程]利用灰色关联分析方法,对2007—2014年辽宁地区公共图书馆人财物资源投入要素与读者平均到馆次数进行关联分析,并根据关联度排序情况,确定投入要素的影响程度,进而探讨有效提高读者利用图书馆效率的可行途径。[结果/结论]影响读者平均到馆次数的要素按重要程度依次是人力资源、基础设施、文献资源、资金投入和社会教育活动。读者对图书馆的利用受环境、文化、地理、经济、体制等因素影响,提高读者对图书馆的利用率需要各方协同努力。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to discuss influential factors of the average number of readers arriving to library,to provide reference for rational allocation of resources with plan. [Method/process] The paper uses gray correlation analysis method,to carry out correlation analysis of input factors of public libraries＇ human, financial and material resources and the average number of readers arriving to library in Liaoning region in 2007—2014, and bases on the ranking order of relation degree to determine the influence degree of these input factors, and then discusses the feasible ways to increase readers＇ utilization of library effectively. [Result/conclusion] According the importance, the influential factors to the average number of readers arriving to library are the following in the order：human resources, infrastructure, document resource, capital investment and social education activity. And readers ＇ utilization of library is affected by a number of factors such as environment, culture, geography, economy and system, so improving the utilization needs coordinated effort of all parties.
