高校图书馆学生馆员众包模式研究——以内蒙古科技大学图书馆为例

Study of Crowdsourcing Mode of Student Librarian in University Library:Case Study of Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology Library

[目的/意义]对高校图书馆学生馆员众包模式进行调研,帮助高校图书馆转变学生馆员工作方式,为学生馆员工作提供更好、更便利和更科学的指导。[方法/过程]基于调查数据,对内蒙古科技大学图书馆学生馆员的众包和非众包模式进行对比分析,探讨不同模式下学生馆员的工作表现及其差别。[结果/结论]在众包模式下,学生馆员表现出自律性强、对教师依赖性低的特点,对图书馆业务能够进行创新,在图书馆与用户间能发挥桥梁作用。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to survey crowdsourcing mode of student librarian in university library,to help university library to change pattern of student librarian work,so as to provide better,more convenient and more scientific guidance for student librarian work. [Method/process]The paper bases on survey data to make contrastive analysis of crowdsourcing mode and non-crowdsourcing mode of student librarian work in Inner Mongolia University of Science Technology Library,discusses work performance and their difference of student librarian under different modes. [Result/conclusion]With the crowdsourcing mode,student librarians show the characteristics of strong self-discipline and low dependence on teachers,can innovate library business,and play a role of bridge between library and users.
