摘要
针对用户侧电能质量在线监测数据尚未得到有效利用的问题,开展了用户侧电能质量监测数据接入与应用研究。首先针对电能质量在线监测装置提出了基于虚拟专用网络(VPN)的4G无线通信方案,然后提出了用户侧电能质量在线监测系统框架及Web发布与主动推送技术框架。用户侧电能质量在线监测系统的建立不仅有效解决了用户侧电能质量在线监测数据的有效利用问题,还为电网公司与用户之间共同开展电能质量监测与分析提供了平台保障。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the on-line monitoring data of power quality for user side hasn't been effectively utilized, a method of monitoring data access and application research was put forward. Firstly, a scheme of 4G wireless communication based on VPN was proposed for the power quality online monitoring device, and then a technical scheme of user side power quality online system and a framework of Web publishing and active push technology were proposed. In the end, the framework of web publishing and active push technology was put forward. The constructed user side system not only can effectively solve the problems of efficient use of power quality on-line monitoring data, but also can provide a platform of power quality monitoring and analysis between power grid and users.
