摘要 结合标准IEC 62749《公用电网电能质量限值及其评估方法》中电能质量评估方法和IEC 61000系列标准中电磁兼容限值评估方法的相关规定,阐述了IEC 62749标准中电能质量评估方法规定的基本思想,分析了两种评估方法的差异并总结了这两种方法实施的基本步骤。文章举例说明了即使电能质量限值与电磁兼容限值完全相等,但电能质量评估方法远苛刻于电磁兼容评估方法,该结论也是标准IEC 62749中各种规定的核心考虑点。 Combined with the evaluation methods stipulated by IEC 62749 for power quality and by IEC 61000 series standards for EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), it elaborated the fundamental thoughts from the power quality evaluation in IEC 62749, analyzed the differences between the two evaluation methods and summerized their basic steps. By examples listed here, it explained that the evaluation method for power quality is harsher than the one for EMC, although the limitation values of power quality is as equal as limitation values of EMC. This conclusion is also the major concern of IEC 62749 for its various limitation stipulations.
