辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,是大学生日常工作的管理者以及各项业务工作有效开展的组织者,担负着培养社会主义接班人和建设者的重要使命。辅导员在育人工作中有着不可取代的作用,但实际工作中存在的问题无法适应新时期高校育人工作的要求,因此,高校辅导员思想政治教育工作创新势在必行。这是高校育人过程中践行"社会主义核心价值观"的迫切需要,也是促使高校辅导员沿着"职业化——专业化——专家化"发展的客观要求。

The counselor is the backbone of ideological and political education work of college students, the effective organizer to carry out daily management and the service work. They are shouldering the important mission of training socialist builders and successors. They play an irreplaceable role in moral education. However, some of their practice cannot adapt to the new requirements of the new era of college education, and therefore, the innovation of the ideological and political education work of university counselors is imperative. It is not only an inevitable requirement to carry out the socialist core value in university education, but also an objective requirement to promote college counselors from being professional to being specialized.
