摘要
创新研发了一套适用于双层劲性钢板剪力墙高强混凝土的施工工艺,并创新研发具有低发热量、低收缩、高强度、高保塑、高泵送、自密实、自养护特点的高适应性绿色混凝土,以及"少穿墙上下对锁大钢模板",确保了高强混凝土与双层劲性钢板协同工作,避免了裂缝的产生,满足了超高层建筑施工需求。
A set of construction process suitable for high strength concrete with double strength steel plate shear wall is researched,and green concrete with high adaptability which has lots of characteristics such as low calorific value,low shrinkage,high strength,high plastic,high pumping,self-compacting and the maintenance characteristics is innovatively developed,as well as the technology of ‘less across the wall and locking the big steel formwork at the top and bottom of components'. It makes sure the cooperative working with the high strength concrete and double strength steel plates. The cracks are avoided and the requirements of high-rise building construction are met.
