Exploration and Application of Construction Elevators Calculation Method at Chow Tai Fook Finance Center in Guangzhou

提出采用"粗算精验"理论的施工电梯数量确定方法,即先按粗算法经验公式计算所需施工电梯的总数,做平面及立面的具体规划后,再按估算的人数及物资量,通过提出的精算法复核验证施工电梯运输能力与工程实际运输需求的匹配程度,从而达到优化配置施工电梯的目的,提高了施工组织策划的科学性。

The method to determine the amount of construction elevators proposed in this paper adopts the theory of ‘rough estimate and precision inspection ＇. Firstly,the amount of construction elevators is calculated according to the method of rough estimate. After the specific planning at plan or profile is determined,matching degree between traffic capacity of construction elevators and the actual transportation demand is checked with the method of precision inspection according to the estimated workers and goods amount. This method achieves the objective of optimal allocation of construction elevators and improves the scientificalness of the construction organization plan.
