摘要
针对常规混凝土地面施工传统砂浆"灰饼"标高控制工艺,采用一种新移动式导轨技术,在普通角钢端部肢内焊接短钢筋形成三角铁导轨,其拐角朝上并放置于预先埋设导轨支架上,使三角铁导轨顶角与混凝土地面标高相同即可,采用装满水的钢管滚筒,依附于移动式导轨上来回滚动,达到地面找平目的。研发有一定刚度的混凝土地面分格缝(胀缝、缩缝)的板,并预先埋设在分格缝部位,提高混凝土地面分格缝的施工质量,有效防止混凝土地面的伸缩裂缝。导轨随混凝土地面移动,移动式导轨支架在地面找平后即拆除。
Aiming at the conventional concrete ground construction with traditional mortar ‘ash cake 'elevation control technology,a new movable guide-rail technology is applied,at the end and inside normal angle steel,short steel bar is welded to form triangle iron rail,its corner up and being placed on the pre-embedded guide-rail bracket,making the triangle iron rail top angle same as concrete ground elevation. At the same time,steel pipe rollers with full water is used,which attached to movable rails,rolling back and forth to reach the purpose of ground leveling. A kind of board with certain rigidity of concrete surface seam( expansion and contraction joint) is researched and developed,and the plates is pre-embedded in the frame seam area. The construction quality of concrete ground frame joints seam is improved,the scaling cracks of concrete ground is effectively prevented. The movable guide-rail moves with the concrete floors,the supports will be dismantled as soon as the ground leveling is finished. It has the advantages of less consumption of guide-rail material.
