摘要
针对采用混凝土匀质性和混凝土硬化后的强度来衡量搅拌机性能的不准确性,利用离散元分析软件EDEM对混凝土搅拌机搅拌过程进行仿真,分别对搅拌机不同转速、不同搅拌料下搅拌过程进行研究,并对搅拌过程搅拌叶片的受力进行研究分析。研究结果表明:涡浆式混凝土搅拌机在搅拌过程中会存在搅拌低效区,改进后的定盘行星式搅拌机可以有效避免低效区的出现,其搅拌质量和搅拌效率较高,涡浆式搅拌机叶片受力更小。
The uncertainty of the concrete mixer stirring performance is measured for the consistency of concrete or the hardness after sclerosis. Discrete element method software namely EDEM was used to emulate the concrete mixer process. Under different whirling velocity and different particle diameter,concrete mixer structures were utilized,the force analysis of the stirring blades and the mixing process was carried out. The results indicated that scroll concrete mixer contained of mixing low efficiency area when stirring, the improved structure planet stator concrete mixer could validly decrease the low efficiency area. Planet stator concrete mixer could enhance stirring efficiency and stirring quality,scroll mixer blade paddle bears smaller pressure.
