曲轴支撑刚度对主轴承螺栓载荷分布的影响

摘要 某发动机在正常工作过程中发生主轴承螺栓松动及断裂现象,有时甚至会导致曲轴断裂。运用GT-CRANK软件分析主轴承壁刚度对主轴承负荷的影响,确定曲轴在发动机实际工作过程中的应力分布情况,进而确定螺栓断裂原因。结果表明,各个主轴承壁刚度的差异影响各个主轴承负荷的大小及分配;当主轴承螺栓拧紧力矩不足且一致性较差时,第2主轴承螺栓因承受的载荷最大而最容易出现松动或断裂。 A engine that during normal operation, the occurrence of main bearing bolts loosening and breakage, and sometimes even lead to the crankshaft fracture. Apply GT-CRANK software to analyze impact of the main bearing wall stiffness to the main bearing load, determine the stress distribution of the crankshaft in the engine actual work process, and to determine the bolt fracture cause. The results show that the respective main bearing wall stiffness differences affect the size and distribution of the respective main bearing load.when the main bearing bolt tightening torque is insufficient and the consistency is poor, the second main bearing bolts withstand the largest load most prone to loosening or fracture.
