简明扼要阐述了层次分析法的原理,通过对柴油机开发项目案例中的风险分析,将风险进行量化比较,对项目中两个备选方案的风险权重进行排序,优选出风险较小的项目方案。
The principle of analytic hierarchy process is explained briefly. In the case of diesel engine development project, the risk is analyzed and quantitatively compared. Then the risk weight of two alternatives is sorted, and finally the preferably less risky one is selected.
