Dilemma and Exploration on Intelligent Grid Management in Primary Level Practice

智慧网格化管理是依托统一的城市管理及数字化平台,将管理辖区按照一定标准划分成单元网格,并通过网格化管理信息平台,实现市区联动、资源共享的一种城市管理新模式。沧州市新华区在实践中发现,在基层推广智慧网格化管理中,容易出现智慧管理系统智慧不高、网格划分不易、专业人员难以选配等难题。探索表明,加强顶层设计推动智慧网格化管理更系统、发挥基层主观能动性推动智慧网格化更灵动,能够为基层社会管理工作创新找到新路径。

Intelligent grid management relies on unified city management and a digital management platform.The management areas are divided into grid cells according to a certain standard so that the new pattern of city management is implemented with urban linkage and resource sharing through information platform of grid management. In our practice in Xinhua District Cangzhou we find that intelligent management system tends not to be very intelligent.The grid is not so easy and it is difficult to choose professional personnel. The research shows that the intelligent grid management is more systematic by strengthening the top-level design and the grid management is more intelligent with subjective initiative at primary level so that a new path for social management at primary level is found.
