摘要
学前教育专业的顶岗实践,是指在大学生学过大部分基础知识和专业课之后,到专业对口的幼儿园直接参与教育教学过程,综合运用本专业所学的知识和技能,以完成一定的保教任务,并进一步获得感性认识,掌握专业技能,养成正确职业态度的一种实践性教学形式。对学前教育专业顶岗实践学生的调查结果显示,农村幼儿园教师教学理念陈旧、教学方式"小学化"、农村幼儿园教师总体专业知识素养不高、农村幼儿园教师的专业能力有待于提高。
Preschool education professional post practice refers to students' participation of in the process of teaching in the kindergarten related after they have learned most of the basic knowledge and professional courses in college. They comprehensively use the knowledge and skills in their professional studies in order to complete the teaching task and further obtain the perceptual knowledge,master professional skills,and develop the correct attitude for the profession in the form of practical teaching. Investigation from the students of preschool education professional internship shows that teachers' teaching idea is outmoded in rural kindergartens and the way of teaching is "primary school"oriented. The teachers' level of overall professional knowledge is not high so their professional ability needs to be improved.
