教育戏剧是课堂教学的一种教学方法,要求学生运用剧场技巧来完成某一学习任务,亦称戏剧教学法。这种教学方法不仅能激发学生学习英语的兴趣、提升学生的英语口语水平,而且还能培养学生的文化素养、合作能力、创新能力和自主学习能力。

Drama in education,also called drama as a teaching method,is the use of drama techniques to support learning in the classroom. This method can not only boost student interest in learning English and enhance their conversational skills,but also cultivate students＇ cultural literacy,and increase their cooperation,creation as well as learners＇ autonomy.
