摘要
目的:在二妙丸降低血尿酸抗痛风作用的基础上,初步探讨二妙丸对痛风症大鼠血清中金属元素代谢的影响及变化规律。方法:采用乙胺丁醇和腺嘌呤造模法,开展二妙丸抗痛风的药理药效研究。并在此基础上采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对药理药效中的各组大鼠血清中金属元素含量进行聚类统计分析,找出具有差异的金属元素。结果:二妙丸具有降低血尿酸抗痛风的药效,并探究了痛风症可能与体内金属离子的作用相关。结论:该实验结果为二妙丸从金属离子的角度对其能够降低血尿酸抗痛风的作用机制研究提供科学依据。
Objective:On the basis of Ermiao pill reduce the serum uric acid and present an antiarthrolithiasis effect,to investigate the effects and regularities of metal elements metabolism in gouty rats.Methods:Establish rats model of acute gouty arthritis with ehtambutol and adenine,and carry out the studies of Ermiao pill about pharmacology and efficacy.And on this basis we use inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrum(ICP-MS)to determine the content of metal elements in all groups of rats with metallomics,finally the differences of metal elements can be found. Results:Ermiao pill can reduce the serum uric acid and present an anti-arthrolithiasis effect,and the results indicate that arthrolithiasis is relatived to metabolic effect. Conclusion:The experimental results of Ermiao pill reduce the serum uric acid and present an antiarthrolithiasis effect provide a scientific basis from the angle of metallomics.
