摘要
目的:观察多种因素对小鼠慢性皮肤溃疡模型的影响,探讨符合中医阴症疮疡证型特点的复合因素造模方法。方法:50只清洁级昆明种小鼠随机分为5组:单纯皮损组、皮损+激素组、皮损+异物组、皮损+激素+异物组、空白组,每组样本各10只。将皮肤缺损、激素注射、异物植入三种因素叠加进行造模,观察小鼠一般状态、局部创面情况,定期测量体重及创面面积并计算创面愈合率;于造模后第14天处死小鼠并取材,进行组织学检测,观察各组小鼠组织切片毛细血管及成纤维细胞生长情况。结果:在体重增加、创面愈合率方面,皮损+激素+异物组均明显低于其他各组(P<0.05),在小鼠一般活动状态、创面形态、组织学检查方面,皮损+激素+异物组更表现出阳虚的特点。结论:皮肤缺损叠加激素注射和异物植入的复合因素造模方法能够良好反映中医阴症疮疡的辨证特点。
Objective:To observe the effects of different factors on chronic skin ulcer model in mice,explore the compound factors modeling methods which accord with the characteristics of yin syndrome skin ulcers model in mice. Methods:Mice(n=50)were randomly divided into five groups:skin excision group,skin excision + hormone group,skin excision + foreign material group,skin excision + hormone+ foreign material group,10 mice in each group. Unite skin excision,hormone injection and foreign material embedded three effects to establish skin ulcers model,observe daily activities,condition of wound,and measure body weight and wound healing of mice on time. The mice were sacrificed 14 days later and the lesions were examined by histopathology. Results:The body weight growth and the healing rate of the skin excision + hormone+ foreign material group was significantly slower than that in other groups(P〈0.05). The mice of this group can effectively show the characteristics of Deficiency of yang. Conclusion:The modeling method of skin excision + hormone+ foreign material group can effectively show the characteristics which accord with clinical yin syndrome skin ulcers.
