弹力线联合外剥内扎治疗重度混合痔临床观察

Clinical Observation of Automatic Ligation of Hemorrhoids(RPH)Combine External Excision and Internal Ligation in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids

目的:评价弹力线自动套扎术(RPH)联合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组80例,采用RPH联合外剥内扎术进行治疗;对照组80例,采用外剥内扎术进行治疗,两组术后均采用抗炎、坐浴、换药及对症治疗;对两组患者的疗效、术后疼痛指数评分、术后并发症发生率以及术后创面恢复时间进行统计比较。结果:两组疗效、术后并发症发生率及术后创面恢复时间比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后的疼痛指数评分比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用RPH联合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔较单纯采用外剥内扎术更合适,能够提高患者的治愈率,减少术后并发症的发生,缩短术后恢复时间。

Objective：To evaluate the Clinical efficacy of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH）combine external excision and internal ligation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Methods：160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,80 cases of treatment group,using the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH）combine external excision and internal ligation treatment;80 cases in the control group,using the external excision and internal ligation treatment,after the surgeries,all the cases were taken with methods of antiinflammation,hip bath,dressing changing and symptomatic treatments,the efficacy of the two groups of patients,postoperative pain index score,incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative wound healing time were compared. Results：The efficacy of the two groups,incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative wound healing time of the treatment group were better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;However,the postoperative pain index score has no significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH）combine external excision and internal ligation than simple external excision and internal ligation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids is more appropriate,can improve the cure rate,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorter recovery time after surgery.
