固本止喘膏防治支气管哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Guben Zhichuan Plaster

目的:观察口服中药固本止喘膏治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将所有就诊于我院呼吸科的支气管哮喘患者70例,随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各35例。对照组口服孟鲁司特钠,治疗组口服自拟中药膏方固本止喘膏,两组疗程均为2个月,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:该研究结果显示,两组临床总有效率比较,治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为68.6%,两组相比,有统计学差异,P<0.05。两组治疗后临床症状积分疗效方面均存在明显差异,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗后治疗组总Ig E、EOS水平明显低于对照组,两组相比,有统计学差异,P<0.05。两组治疗后治疗组哮喘平均发作次数少于对照组,两组相比,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:通过口服固本止喘膏治疗支气管哮喘可以明显提高临床疗效,有效改善临床症状,有效降低总Ig E及EOS水平,并能大大降低发作次数,且中药膏方简便易服、安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Guben Zhichuan Plaster for treating bronchial asthma. Methods：All 70 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two cases in each group,35 cases in each group. Control group was treated with montelukast,treatment group treated with self-made Guben Zhichuan Plaster,2 months was a course of treatment in both groups,after the end of treatment effects were observed. Results：The results of this study showed that the total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 68.6% in the control group,compared with two in the control group,P〈0.05. The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly different,the treatment group was better than the control group,P〈0.05. The total Ig E and EOS levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups,P〈0.05. The average number of asthma attacks in the two groups was less than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups,P〈0.05. Conclusion：The treatment of bronchial asthma with Guben ZhichuanPlaster can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the total Ig E and EOS level,and can greatly reduce the number of attacks,and the Chinese medicine ointment is simple and easy to wear,safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical application.
