疏风清热凉血法治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Facial Hormone Dependent Dermatitis by Breeze Heat Cool Blood Therapy

目的:观察和分析疏风清热凉血疗法在面部激素依赖性皮炎患者中的临床效果。方法:选取160例2014年5月—2015年10月我院收治的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者,对入选的患者按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。对对照组患者采取西药抗过敏的药物进行常规治疗,对观察组的患者按照传统中医的疏风清热凉血法进行治疗。对两组患者进行为期1个月的持续治疗,比较两组患者的综合治疗有效率,比较两组患者治疗前后的主观症状积分(瘙痒、不适)和客观症状积分(红斑、肿胀、痤疮样皮损、毛细血管扩张、皮肤萎缩)症状积分。结果:观察组患者的综合治疗有效率为85.00%,对照组患者的综合治疗有效率为70.00%,观察组患者的有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),治疗前,观察组和对照组患者的主观症状积分和客观症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的主观症状积分和客观症状积分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:疏风清热凉血法在面部激素依赖性皮炎患者中治疗效果显著,对患者的主观和客观症状都有较好的改善作用,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：Observation and analysis of breeze heat cool blood therapy in treating hormonedependent facial dermatitis patients in the clinical effect. Methods：Selection in May 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 160 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis,according to random number table method,randomly divided into observation group（n=80）and the control group（n=80）. The observation group were treated by breeze heat cool blood of traditional Chinese medicine preparations for treatment,to control patients take western medicine allergy drug for regular therapy. For 1 month after treatment,compared two groups of patients with comprehensive treatment efficiently,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of subjective symptoms integral,itching,discomfort and objective symptoms integral（erythema,swelling,acne skin,blood capillary dilate,skin atrophy）symptoms integral. Results：Observation group of patients with comprehensive treatment efficiency is significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,two groups of patients before treatment of subjective symptoms,objective symptoms integral no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）,observation group of patients after treatment of subjective symptoms integral,objective symptoms score were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Breeze heat cool blood method in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis patients treatment effect significantly,can significantly improve the symptoms of the patient＇s subjective and objective,is worthy of popularization and application.
