摘要
为研究不同类型肥胖人群在微观物质层面的个体差异,用基于核磁共振(NMR)的代谢组学方法研究了痰湿型和气虚型肥胖人群的血清和尿液,分析其特征代谢物。实验收集痰湿型和气虚型肥胖人群各30例的血清和尿液样品,采用多元统计方法研究了痰湿组、气虚组和正常对照组血清和尿液中的内源性代谢差异。结果表明,痰湿组血清中乳酸、甘氨酸的含量减少,脂蛋白的含量增多;尿液中柠檬酸、甘氨酸、尿酸的含量减少,3-羟基丁酸、肌酐的含量增多。气虚组血清中甘氨酸、乳酸的含量减少,葡萄糖、脂蛋白的含量增多;尿液中氧化三甲胺(TMAO)、马尿酸、柠檬酸的含量减少,肌酸、肌酐的含量增多。痰湿型、气虚型肥胖人群潜在生物标志物的发现为个体在代谢方面的差异提供了新的证据,两种类型肥胖人群在糖代谢、脂代谢、能量代谢及相关脏腑功能改变方面均存在一定差异。
In order to study the individual differences in microscopic material level of different types of obesity people,we used metabolomics based on nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)to research serum and urine of phlegm dampness type and Qi deficiency type of obesity people to analysis characterized metabolite. This research gathered serum and urine samples from 30 phlegm dampness type and 30 Qi deficiency type people. We have used multivariate statistical methods to study the endogenous metabolic differences of serum and urine between phlegm dampness type group,Qi deficiency type group and normal control group. The results showed that the content of lactic acid and glycine in serum of phlegm dampness type group decreased,lipoprotein levels increased,while the content of citric acid,glycine and uric acid in urine reduced,creatinine and 3-hydroxybutyric acid increased. Glycine,lactic acid in serum of Qi deficiency type group decreased,while glucose,lipoprotein increased;trimethylamine oxide(TMAO),horse urine uric acid,citric acid content decreased,increase in the content of creatine and creatinine. Identification of potential biomarkers of phlegm dampness type and Qi deficiency type obesity provides a new basis for individual differences from metabonomics angle,the two types of obesity people have differences in glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,energy metabolism and associated differences in the function of organs.
