Ig G4相关性神经系统疾病(Ig G4-related Central Nervous System Disease,Ig G4-CNSD)主要累及垂体和硬脑膜,相关性疾病包括Ig G4相关性垂体炎、Ig G4相关性肥厚性硬脑膜炎。发病机制目前尚不十分清楚,主要与Ig G淋巴细胞关系密切,糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗有效。中医理论中,没有明确对应的疾病,但在寻求替代激素及免疫抑制剂中有着至关重要的作用;肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本,肾藏精、主骨生髓,化气生血;脾主运化,为气血化生之源;脾、肾功能在Ig G4相关性疾病(Ig G4-related Disease,Ig G4-RD)免疫学机制的研究中起到至关重要的作用,同时卫气御外固表的生理功能也行使着免疫防御机能。

Ig G4-related neurological disorders（Ig G4-related Central Nervous System Disease,Ig G4-CNSD）mainly involving the pituitary gland and the dura,including Ig G4-related hypophysitis,Ig G4-related hypertrophic pachymeningitis. Pathogenesis is not very clear,mainly related Ig G lymphocytes,corticosteroids and immunosuppressive therapy effective. Chinese medicine theory,there is no clear corresponding disease,but in seeking alternative hormone and immune inhibitor has a vital role;The birth of the kidney,the spleen is acquired,the kidney essence,the main bone marrow,and blood of gas;Spleen,kidney function play a crucial role in the study of Ig G4-related disease（Ig G4-related Disease,Ig G4-RD）immunological mechanisms while defensive Qi protection against the evils muscular form of physiological functions exercised immune defense mechanisms.
