脂肪肝中医辨证与CT分型相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脂肪肝的影像学表现与中医辨证分型之间关系。方法:将106例脂肪肝患者进行中医辨证分型后采用螺旋CT扫描的方法,尽量避开伪影及血管影,在肝右叶最大层面用直径1 cm的圆形兴趣区测量肝脏CT值和同一层面脾脏CT值,以肝/脾的CT值比值进行定量分析。结果:106例患者中不同中医证型与CT分度之间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:脂肪肝的影像学表现与中医证型之间存在一定相关性,脂肪肝的CT分型可作为区分中医辨证分型的客观参考指标之一。 Objective:To discuss the correlation between syndrome differentiation and imaging manifestations of hepatic fatty. Methods:Fifty one cases of hepatic fatty accepted plain CT scan,as far as possible avoid artifacts and vessels,in the right hepatic lobe largest level measured with 1 cm diameter circular interest area liver CT value and the spleen's CT values at the same level. Then analyze the CT value ratio between liver and spleen. Results:106 cases of patients with different TCM syndrome types and differences between CT dividing(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation of fatty liver is correlated with imaging manifestations and it can be discriminated by the ratio of liver spleen.
