软性气囊在浅水导管架安装领域应用的关键技术研究及工程应用 被引量:1

摘要 如何节约浅水导管架安装过程中使用大型浮吊资源,降低海上安装成本,优化资源配置,已成为日益迫切的问题。在海况相对稳定的浅水区,利用可回收软性气囊提供的廉价浮力,借助于半潜式的下水方案,可达到降低浮吊钩头力,减轻或摆脱浅水导管架海上安装对大型浮吊的依赖,降低海上施工成本的目的。结合锦州25-1南项目CEPF导管架的海上安装方案并通过理论分析,介绍了采用软性气囊助浮进行海上安装浅水导管架的技术。CEPF导管架安装的工程实践成功地验证了气囊布置、固定、保压、助浮和拆除等方面的可靠性,有效地降低了钩头力,可显著降低海上施工安装成本。 Application of recoverable flexible air-bags that could reduce crane hook load in flat shallow water will definitely minimize the dependence on large floating cranes,reduce cost of offshore jacket installation and benefit general combinatorial optimization of vessel arrangement/management. With theoretical analysis and JZ25-1S CEPF jacket installation project,application of flexible air-bags during jacket offshore installation is introduced. During CEPF jacket installation,the reliability of air-bags in fields regarding air-bag arrangement,fixing,pressure-holding,floating and removal has been successfully verified and application of air-bags is proved as a practical and effective method to reduce the hook load,which undoubtedly lays sound foundation for further research and technology popularization.
