摘要
荔湾3-1气田的平台需储存大量的贫乙二醇用于持续不断地注入天然气海底输送管道,以防止在管道中形成堵塞管道的天然气水合物。由于受海洋平台空间、安全因素等限制,平台储存大量的贫乙二醇面临巨大挑战。采取一种全新的储存技术,即将大量的贫乙二醇储存在导管架桩腿中,并配套以合理的储运设施与工艺,可实现平台上贫乙二醇的充足供给。在简要介绍了荔湾3-1气田平台存储贫乙二醇存在问题的基础上,提出了在平台上储存及外输贫乙二醇的方案,而后较详细论述了桩腿储运贫乙二醇的工艺流程及具体操作过程。工程实践证明,导管架桩腿储运乙二醇技术自2013年投入应用以来,一直运行良好,取得了较好的经济效益。
A large amount of lean ethylene glycol is needed to store on platform in Liwang 3-1 Gas Field for being continually injected into subsea gas pipelines to avoid gas hydrate forming. Because the offshore platform has space and safety limits,it is a great challenge to store a large amount of lean ethylene glycol on platform. A new technique for storing lean ethylene glycol in the jacket legs is introduced in this essay. And the process flow and operation procedure about lean ethylene glycol storage and transportation are described. The new technique has been applied since 2013 and achieved good economic benefits.
