摘要
海洋石油平台井口区通常安装定压放气阀,用于电潜泵井套管压力调节和确保油气的顺利外输,为此对老化的定压放气阀需要及时更换。对井口定压放气阀实施不停产更换,可避免造成原油产量的较大损失。结合JZ9-3E平台井口定压放气阀的不停产更换工程,较详细地介绍了在保持生产系统正常运行的情况下,通过在井口套管翼阀上安装临时定压放气阀伴生气管道,让井口区伴生气系统处于隔离状态,从而实现安全、快捷地更换井口定压放气阀的整个过程。实践表明,该新工艺的实施降低了工程成本,缩短了工期,产生了良好的经济效益。
Aging constant-pressure relief valve at offshore platform wellhead needs replacing timely. Its replacement in non-stop production can avoid oil production loss. This paper illustrates the replacement of constant-pressure relief valve at JZ9-3 E platform wellhead in non-stop production. The temporary associated gas piping of constant-pressure relief valve is installed at the flutter valve of wellhead casing pipe to insulate the wellhead associated gas system for safe and quick replacement of the constant-pressure relief valve. The implementation practice shows that the new technique can save cost and shorten work period.
