摘要
潞安煤制油项目的气化装置是目前世界上气化能力最大的装置,超大型设备多,钢结构量大,场地布置狭小,吊装作业难度大,因此科学、合理的吊装策划、作业是成功进行吊装的关键。在论述了吊装工程特点的基础上,介绍了包括吊车配置、设备吊装、钢结构模块化吊装、施工总平面布置、施工工序安排等的整体吊装策划;阐明了合成气冷却器下段与钢结构一起吊装、气体返回室+导管段的两次翻转作业、排渣罐吊装等的涉及关键设备的吊装策划。该项目经过180 d的吊装作业,已成功地按照施工作业计划和安全要求,完成了所有大件设备的吊装。
The coal gasification unit in Lu'an Coal-to-Liquid Project is the biggest gasification unit in the world with lots of oversize equipment and large quantity of steel structures arranged in a narrow space. There is a great challenge to the hoisting operations. The whole hoisting planning is introduced in this paper including crane arrangement,equipment and structural module hoisting,general plane layout of construction and construction sequence plan. In addition,the hoisting planning of integrally hoisting lower segment of cooler together with steel structure, twice turning over of gas reflux chamber and transfer line,hoisting slug-off tank is further described. Through 180 days,all oversize equipment was successfully hoisted in accordance with construction plan and safety requirements.
