摘要
由惠生工程(中国)有限公司EPC总承包的潞安煤制油项目的煤气化装置,其中渣收集罐吊装时采用与以往不同的吊装工艺,不预留结构侧面横梁,混凝土结构全部施工完成,采用吊车和滑车组配合的吊装工艺,完成设备吊装工作。技术新颖、工艺简单,安全可靠,操作方便。在介绍了渣收集罐在框架中的位置、相关楼层结构图及设备参数的基础上,对比分析了设备从框架正上方自上而下垂直穿入、从框架侧面垂直进入、从框架侧面斜穿进入的吊装方案,并确定采用上述最后一种方案。说明了实施该方案的工艺流程、操作要点及安全要求,并对其实施效益进行了分析。
In the Lu'an Coal-to-Liquid EPC Project undertaken by Wison Engineering Limited Shanghai,the hoisting of the cinder collection tank of the coal gasification equipment is different from the previous hoisting process. Based on the description of the cinder collection tank position in the frame, relevant floor structure and equipment parameters,three hoisting schemes of the tank are compared,i.e. hoisting it up-to-down vertically into the frame,from frame side vertically entering the frame and from frame side obliquely entering the frame. Finally,the last scheme is adopted. There is no side beam reserved,the concrete structure is integrally constructed,two cranes are used together with a pulley block. The hoisting technique has the features of innovation,simple process,safety,high reliability and easy operation.
