制备条件对磷钨酸/BiPO_4光催化性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用室温反应合成BiPO_4纳米粉末,再以浸渍法制备磷钨酸/BiPO_4(简称HPW/BiPO_4)复合光催化剂。利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)对样品的结构进行了表征。以罗丹明B为目标污染物,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及磷钨酸浸渍量对HPW/BiPO_4光催化性能的影响。结果表明:HPW/BiPO_4的光催化性能均随着热处理温度、时间以及磷钨酸浸渍量的增加,先增强后减弱。当磷钨酸浸渍量为30%,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为3 h时,HPW/BiPO_4的光催化性能最佳。在氙灯下照射180 min,HPW/BiPO_4对罗丹明B的光降解率达到90.8%,比BiPO_4光催化活性提高了66.5%。 A composite HPW/BiPO4 photocatalyst was fabricated by impregnating H3PW(12)O(40) onto BiPO4 nano powder,which was prepared using a room-temperature reaction. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD). With Rhodamine B as a target pollutant,effects of calcination temperature and time,HPW impregnation amount on the photocatalytic activities of HPW / BiPO4 were investigated. It is found that the photocatalytic performance of HPW / BiPO4 increased at first and then decreased with the increase of calcination temperature,calcination time and phosphotungstic acid content. The photocatalytic activities of the HPW / BiPO4 calcinated at 500 ℃and 3 h is the best while the phosphotungstic acid content is 30%,the degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B in180 min reaches 90. 8% under the xenon lamp irradiation,which was 66. 5% higher than that of BiPO4 photocatalyst alone.
