公交专用道的实施是发展和改善城市公共交通,缓解城市交通压力的有效举措。为了防止公交专用道被其他车辆占有,必须采用智能管理控制系统加强管理。公交专用道智能管理控制系统包括固定和车载违章抓拍系统、高清视频监控系统、电子标签、LED指示屏、交通信号优先控制系统、光纤传输、管控平台等。各系统的建设和有效协调运作是确保公交专用道畅通的前提和保障。公交专用道上的路口设施和控制中心管控平台建设是各子系统的具体应用。

The implementation of the bus lane is the effective way to develop and improve the urban public transport and ease the pressure of urban traffic. In order to prevent the bus lane being occupied by other vehicles, the intelligent management and control system must be adopted to strengthen the management.Intelligent management control system of bus lane includes fixed and vehicle snapshot system of traffic violation, high-definition video surveillance system, electronic label, LED indication screen, traffic signal priority control system, optical fiber transmission and control platform etc. The construction and the effective coordination operation of each system is the premise and guarantee for the smooth traffic flow. The construction of the facilities and the control center platform is the concrete application of the sub system.
