摘要
针对某热源厂锅炉脱硫系统污水处理的工艺流程的设计与应用研究。基于S7-300 PLC设计其污水处理自控系统,对原有脱硫控制系统进行优化。该控制系统上位机采用西门子组态软件Wincc,实时监控系统运行状态。实现该热源厂脱硫系统污水处理过程高度自动化。
Aiming at a heat source factory boiler desulfurization system of sewage treatment process design and application of the research, based on S7-300 PLC design for sewage treatment automatic control system, the existing desulphurization control system is optimized. The upper machine control system adopts Siemens Wincc configuration software to real-time monitor system operating state. It highly automates the heat source plant desulfurization wastewater treatment process.
