基于PLC的飞机复合材料热补仪的研制

摘要 针对现有飞机复合材料热补设备温度控制精度低,不能提供多区域温度控制,难以满足热补工艺需求等问题,设计了一种以高精度、低温漂铂电阻为感温元件,以PLC为控制核心高精度四区域独立温度控制系统。通过在某型飞机复合材料热补工作中的应用表明,该仪器控温精度高、通用性强、界面友好,可有效地替换各种使用温控仪表的热补仪系统。 In view of the temperature control precision of existing aircraft composite material heat-repair equipment is low, it cannot provide multi regional temperature control and meet the heat-repair process needs, an independent temperature control system is designed which has high precision and four areas. The system uses high-precision and low temperature platinum resistance as the temperature sensor and uses PLC as the controlled core. It shows that the instrument has advantages with high precision of temperature control, strong versatility and friendly interface and can replace all use of temperature control instruments in the heat-repair instrument system effectively.
