摘要
为了解决卷烟自动装封箱过程中人为或者机器原因所造成的烟箱缺条问题,针对现有射线检测器需要专业人员进行维修保养,技术门槛高、价格昂贵的现状,设计了一种称重式的烟箱缺条检测装置。此装置利用单片机控制电路,通过对烟箱进行称重的方式检测烟箱是否缺条,具有设备运行安全,运行维护方便等优点,另外通过与自动装封箱机的串联工作可以达到检测、剔除一体式完成的效果。由于该检测装置所使用的皆是通用元件,生产成本较低,维修保养技术难度小,因此本装置在行业内有较高的推广价值。
In order to solve the carton-missing problem caused by people or machine in the process of automatic packing,and for the existing radioactive detector requires professional maintenance, high technical threshold, expensive cost, a weighing type carton-missing detection device is designed. This device uses the single chip microcomputer（SCM） control circuit, detects whether the lack of smoke box by weighing it, with the advantages of running safety, convenient operation and maintenance,etc. It can achieve the results of detection and elimination one-complete by series sealing machine fitted with automatic detection. Owing to the detection device used mostly are general components, low production cost and less maintenance technical difficulty make it high promotion value in the industry.
