摘要
针对功率超声珩磨谐振系统阻抗匹配性差的问题,提出了在超声珩磨谐振系统中接入由串联电感和并联电容构成的匹配电路。采用Matlab仿真平台得到了不同参数匹配系统阻抗特性曲线,分析了串联电感、并联电容对系统阻抗、谐振频率的影响规律。在此基础上,采用PV70A阻抗分析仪进行了试验研究。结果表明:仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,匹配元件参数的合适选择使超声珩磨谐振系统获得了最大效率、最小输出阻抗,接入匹配电路后的超声珩磨谐振系统基本避免了因匹配差引起的加工不稳定甚至无法加工的现象。
For improving the impedance matching of power ultrasonic honing resonance system,a matching circuit consisted of the series inductance and the parallel capacitance is proposed. The impedance characteristics curves of the system under different parameters match are obtained by Matlab simulation platform. The influences of the series inductance and the parallel capacitance on impedance,resonant frequency,the electromechanical coupling coefficient under different loads are analyzed. On this basis of simulation analysis,experimental research is carried out by the use of PV70 A impedance analyzer. It shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with experiments and ultrasonic honing resonance system can obtain maximum efficiency and minimum output impedance if matching parameters are appropriate. The ultrasonic honing resonance system after matching circuit can avoid the phenomenon of the instability process.
