水下气体射流技术的柱形与环形结构仿真分析

摘要 为了探究不同形态射流的关联异同,以N-S方程为控制方程,选用Standard K-epsilon湍流模型,采用有限体积法与多相流界面捕捉方法 VOF模型,在二维矩形计算域内,对速度为100 m/s的柱形与环形水下气体射流进行数值模拟研究,探究两种不同形态的射流的发展和关联。研究结果表明:选用模型正确,成功模拟出射流初期气泡的演化过程;柱形与环形水下气体射流虽然在形态发展历程与物理规律上基本一致,但在射流初始形态、轴向发展速度等方面存在差异;同时发现在射流过程中存在卷吸作用。数值模拟结果给出了实验中无法测量的压力场变化、流体流动方向等流场结构,为该技术的实验开展以及在工程领域的广泛应用起到了很好的帮助作用。 In order to explore the similarities and differences associated with different forms of jet,N-S equations was choosed as the control equation. RNG K-epsilon turbulence model was selected,and the finite volume method and the multiphase flow interfacial methods VOF model were used to simulate the cylindrical and annular underwater gas jet in the rectangular computational domain. The results of numerical simulation show that the development process and physical laws of cylindrical and annular underwater gas jet are basically the same. There is difference at the initial stage between them; along the axial,the cylindrical underwater gas jet develops faster than the annular underwater gas jet; the pressure cloud image of underwater gas jet shows that volume absorption exists the development process of underwater gas jet,so it has an important role on the experiment and its widely used in engineering fields.
