膨胀剂和玄武岩纤维对含氯盐混凝土压拉性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同掺量的膨胀剂和玄武岩纤维对含氯盐混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:当膨胀剂掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量相同时,含氯盐混凝土压拉强度随氯盐掺量的增加而增加;当氯盐掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量相同时,含氯盐混凝土压拉强度随膨胀剂掺量的增加而降低。与素混凝土相比,当氯盐掺量、玄武岩纤维掺量和膨胀剂掺量分别为4 kg/m^3、3 kg/m^3和8%时,含氯盐混凝土抗压强度和抗压强度增长率的最大值分别为48.3 MPa和26.4%;劈裂抗拉强度和劈裂抗拉强度增长率的最大值分别为3.63 MPa和23.5%。结果同时表明:在含氯盐混凝土中掺入玄武岩纤维对劈裂抗拉强度比对抗压强度的改善更显著。 The experiment studied the effects of different contents of expansive agent and basalt fiber on the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of concrete contained chloride. The research results show under the same content of the expansive agent and basalt fiber,compressive and tensile strength of concrete contained chloride will be gradually increased with the increase of chloride content,and that under the same content of the chloride salt and basalt fiber,compressive and tensile strength of concrete contained chloride will be gradually decreased with the increase of expansive agent content. Compared with plain concrete,when the contents of chlorine salt,basalt fiber and expansive agent are 4 kg/m^3,3 kg /m^3 and 8% respectively,the maximum values of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete contained chloride are 48. 3 MPa and 3. 63 MPa respectively,whose growth rates are 26. 4% and 23. 5% respectively. At the same time,the basalt fiber mixed into concrete contained chloride on improvement of splitting tensile strength is more significant than compressive strength.
